About The Hive...
"The Hive meditation is fantastic! Each week Inger designs a lesson, guided meditation, silent meditation, and mudra on different themes. Self Love, Intuition, and Resilience just to name a few! I’ve really resonated with these themes and they’ve led to poignant conversations with other members of The Hive."

How Does it Feel?: Yoga Pose Tutorial #2
“ It is not how far you move into a pose but how deeply you feel the pose that you are in.”
"Yoga is a dance between control and surrender - between pushing and letting go - and when to push and when to let go becomes part of the creative process, part of the open-ended exploration of your being."
- Joel Kramer
“Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are.”
Why donation based?
Inger decided early on that she wanted to teach donation-based classes to keep yoga affordable and accessible to all. She continues that philosophy as she moves to online offerings by providing her video and audio recordings free of charge! If you find yourself enjoying her content, you can donate here to support her in her goal of hosting classes and meditations for every week of the year!
